The posting offered competitive pay, relocation packages, and medical benefits — but also welcomed applicants with criminal records and “nontraditional employment histories.”

Critics argue the offer is a veiled attempt to staff dangerous operations with desperate labor. Mining guilds on Bastion accused OrionEX of “dressing up risk as redemption.”

Though the corporation gave no location, analysts point to Abyssis in the Charybdis System as a likely target, citing its alleged mineral wealth.
